This small highly experiential workshop is designed to provide new and experienced team leaders with a practical understanding of how to build a high performing team. You will:
- Understand and be able to identify the behaviours associated with each stage of team development
- Be provided with a proven toolkit of steps you can take to successfully move your team through each stage
- Learn about the blockers that can hinder your team's development
- Complete an online personality assessment specifically developed to identify your psychological needs at each stage of team development and how the unique mix of team members' needs will influence your team's development
- Learn how to use solution-focused group coaching techniques to bring about change in your team
- Participate in a one-day experiential workshop where participants will be required to work as a one team to achieve a complex task by applying the tools you learned on Day One
- Learn how to address inter-team rivalry
