Cancellations

A cancellation made less than 5 days prior to a workshop start date will result in the forfeiture of the full fee.

T–Group cancellations

Because of the small number of participants in a T–Group, and because a T–Group’s effectiveness is very sensitive to the number of participants, please make every effort to attend if you have registered. This will help avoid impacting the learning experience of the other participants.

If Arete Group cancels the workshop, Arete Group will refund your fee in full but it is not responsible for any travel or accommodation expenses incurred by participants.

Substitutions

Substitutions can be made no later than 10 business days prior to the workshop. The alternate must submit a completed registration, meet prerequisite requirements and may be required to complete course pre–work within a short timeframe.
